Service overview
MyBoilerPal provides missed-call follow-up and lead qualification tooling for boiler and heating businesses. We send SMS messages, capture responses, and surface lead details to your team.
Your responsibilities
- Use the service lawfully and only for legitimate customer communications
- Keep account credentials secure and details accurate
- Respect recipient opt-out requests and consent requirements
Messaging and opt-out
You agree that outbound messaging through MyBoilerPal must include lawful opt-out handling. Recipients can opt out by replying STOP.
Plans, billing, and cancellation
Paid plans are offered on a monthly basis. Pricing is shown on the website. Unless otherwise agreed, you can cancel anytime and service continues until the end of the current billing period.
Availability and changes
We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may improve or update product features over time.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, MyBoilerPal is provided on an "as is" basis and our liability is limited to fees paid for the affected service period.
